Wolves Around a Sheep (Spenserian Sonnet)

Left without a friend though being amongst
Seeing their smiles glee without consequence
I watch as greedy greens flush each amongst
Questioning why they complain in sequence
Losing fact of other people's presence
Thinking only to think of themselves
Conversations don't connect their sentence
Producing vanity for themselves
Averting from me just for themselves
Neglecting the setting of my welcome
Only thinking of themselves, themselves...
Acquaintances are what I have close to home
Because in truth honest friends may never come

Tickling (Cinquain)

Tickling
Flagrant fingers
Makes one laugh
Smiling heals my heart
Playfully

Games (Cinquian)

Games
Fun tangents
Plays with minds
It hurts people's feelings
War

Suburban Goddess (Mondo)

I can't stand her show
Too flashy from the neck down
Does she know what she looks like?

Frock so bright and blond
The clouds bury her head high
Alas she's no where near earth

Art Grows (English Sonnet)

Pretty colors luminous with one's craft
A few strokes down: frescoes and canvas alike
Inlays of blacks and golden proverb drawn
Made for the history of all me to like
Metal monoliths and woven baskets
Sprung populous intrigue like haiku cinquains
A flash of light by machinery hands
Produced pictures disposing artistic gains
Impressions replied with modern ideas
From dreams to transcendence, they thought further
Industrial progression challenged them
Thus intelligent masses could think farther
As art as art as art would be and shall
No limits will stop our muses call

Three Years Enduring (Epigram)

Loligaging my time for his chance to live
Milks his ways on me when there's nothing to give

Left Hand (Senryu)

Take me as I am
The yet conjured potential
Your love frees my heart

Caca (Cinquain)

Tae
Priget mo
Sinabe yong puet
Mabaho mabaho dito pare!
Malambot

NOTE: Tagalog Cinquain

Kick (Cinquain)

Kick
Forced attack
It will hurt
Trust me it hurts
Action

Black Leather Boots (Tercet)

Sheen from a light lit high above blare down
Blinding upon black leather worn in town
Clean from the scuffs for they use to be brown

A Moment's Notice (Vers Libre)

A moment's notice
Let me just say
Is a punctual kind of experience
Not as forgiving as testimonies of love
But a pick of ice
As dry as glaciers snow
It catches you off guard when it wants
And reels you for everything you could've kept
"What if?" you say,
"What might have been?"
There can be another
But unlike this
For notices are short and swift
Unkind
Surprises in a flash
Wilting seasons at a time

Substitue Teacher (Quatrain)

Substitute teacher come in come in please
Students awaiting your every word
From yester-notes, you'll help them learn at least
For they'll repeat what they had heard

Highschool Phases (English Sonnet)

Oh thankful day, a brand new light is here
Hopeful faces smile and intrigue like mine
Free from worry curious without fault
The child of which will be the next in line
Let knowledge speak for I know much of all
As teachers teach what most have done up 'til
Think of it as this while others think otherwise
No one understands me- my precious will
The cons hit me harsh when proof tears my pride
I know less- foolish sakes, I must abide
To study more, to study more- college!
My labor shall bloom as season will ride
This is said to be the best of my youth
Ditching and learning- adolescent youth!

She, The Santa Anna (English Sonnet)

She is the freshest sea I have tasted
Casting from shore, through hills of hued skies
Gathering the oak from the western coast
Enveloping what once were our harvest prize
Her silky frock tossed and turned everywhere
With silver whisps shining behind
Motioned silhouette like apparitions
As the passing words comforts in kind--
"Hello dearest life, how are you?"
I bask in her touch so free and lasting
"
Worry not, all is well. It has come."
My fingers open with alms in yearning
My leafy reds and orange break and fall
While rain and sun lay in wait for her call

Brat (Epigram)

Money and its luxuries were to suppose to provide the best of the best
Alas all that are left is the sly wily insults in between her jest

One Night Stand (Limerick)

I once courted a girl with a bottle
To passion we juiced in throttle
She gave her name
Numbers to blame
And left to me a jack to handle

Bulbs (Cinquain)

Bulbs
Luminous electronics
Brightens the room
Embellishing colors to delight
Light

Women & Roses (Vers Libre)

Women are like roses
They blush with color
Though bloom in winter
Thorns can be shaven
But they will always
Stem green with envy

Without your care, they
Will wilt before spring
Removing that scent
You once had savored
By delicate touch
As she is

Rich (Senryu)

Everything's here
Nothing to buy or to take
All that's left is Give

Everyday (Senryu)

Killing time's instance
Repetition disciplines
Monotony Blows

Freezing (Senryu)

A sting of cold air
Races through my spine and veins
Winter will reach low

Emo Lingers (Senryu)

Let's say I died now
Ropes and poison 'ready-made
Would you even care?

Underminding her feelings (Epigram)

Lost the chance of minding sex amongst the others
Now I'm left with an image much like my mothers

Dread men with long hair! (Limerick)

They're men without a luck
That caught me with my frock
My beard behold
"Heavens!" they told
"You're a man! God! Oh fuck!"

Future City (Dorsimbra)

Paint the air-blue red to yellow-gray hues
What ever may turn to will show device
From the city that once could have been home
Trashed by white flights, ghettos, and the pop rise

Economic flunks
We did suffice
But what now?
Is there time still to mend it all?

Touch Angel wings on faith and dreams so high
What now have we chanced to become further?
Don't try what hasn't been, we are now here
Recycle, politics, we can do more
